Marija Nikolić, M.Sc., is a Lecturer at the Department of Information Technologies, Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, University of Kragujevac. With expertise in Information Technologies and Systems, she has significantly contributed to educational technology, e-learning, and multimedia systems in pedagogy.
Her research focuses on enhancing knowledge acquisition through blended learning methodologies, integrating digital tools into educational processes, and optimizing information subsystems for quality management. She has led projects like "ENGLIT" (2018–2019), which aimed to develop students' digital competencies, and participates in the Erasmus+ initiative "AEQUALIS4TCLF" (2024–2028) addressing skills gaps in European industries.
