Marija Lakićević is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism, University of Kragujevac, Serbia, where she has been employed since 2011. Her academic career includes assistant and assistant professor titles acquired in 2011 and 2013, respectively.

Research Interests: Tourism development, econometric modeling, sustainable tourism practices, and regional economic growth. Her work focuses on quantitative analysis of tourism markets, capacity utilization, and policy implications.
