Marietta Peytcheva

Marietta Peytcheva is a Professor and Department Chair at the Department of Accounting, Lehigh University. She holds the Joseph R. and Amy M. Perella Chair in Accounting and has served as Chair of the department.

Research Interests

Her research focuses on judgment and decision-making in accounting and auditing contexts, business ethics, and the impact of regulatory, governance, and social pressures on auditor behavior. She also investigates how communication influences auditor and investor judgment.

Grants and Service
