Marieke Bos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology at Leiden University's Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences. Her work focuses on adolescence development, fear, anxiety, and psychopathology, with a strong emphasis on neuroimaging (fMRI) and open science initiatives. She co-leads the CHANGE research platform, investigating the development of minds and brains in children and adolescents. Recent research includes studies on self-concept in antisocial behavior trajectories, published in Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience. She advises PhD candidates such as Iris Langereis and Funmi Bamidele. Her affiliations include the Leiden Institute for Brain and Cognition and collaborations with institutions like Amsterdam University Medical Center.
