Marie Skepö is a Professor and Head of the Division of Theoretical Chemistry at Lund University. She served as Vice-Director of LINXS (2017-2023) and led the Dynamics Core Group within the organization.

Research Interests: Focuses on intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs), their self-assembly, and interfacial behavior. Investigates structural/thermodynamical properties of clay systems, polyacrylic acid in hard water, PEG solutions, DNA melting, and food packaging adhesion mechanisms using computational simulations combined with scattering techniques.
