Marie Laberge is a Full Professor at the School of Rehabilitation, Université de Montréal, and holder of the Canada Research Chair in Prevention of Disability in Adolescence (ADO-PrevIT). Her research focuses on transitioning adolescents into the workforce, occupational health and safety, and gender equity in work environments. She leads projects on disability prevention, workplace safety interventions, and inclusive education models. Her work integrates ergonomic approaches and participatory methods to enhance youth employability.
