Marianne Mithun

Marianne Mithun is a Professor of Linguistics at the University of California, Santa Barbara since 1986. Her research spans morphology, syntax, discourse, prosody, language contact and change, typology, and the documentation of endangered languages, particularly North American Indigenous and Austronesian languages.
