Marianne K. Poxleitner, Ph.D., serves as Interim Associate Provost for Research & Creative Activities and Department Chair of Biology at Gonzaga University. She holds a professorship in Biology, combining teaching and scientific research. Her work focuses on molecular/cellular biology, bacteriophage studies, and genetic modification of conifer trees.
