Marianne Huebner is a Professor in the Department of Statistics & Probability at Michigan State University (MSU). She also serves as Director of the MSU Center for Statistical Training and Consulting and as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Kinesiology.
- Education: Diplom from the University of Saarbruecken (Germany), Ph.D. from the University of Southern California (USA).
Her research focuses on biostatistics, data ethics, and health sciences, particularly addressing sports injuries in aging athletes, pandemic-related behavioral changes in exercise habits, and microbiome impacts on immune responses. Her methodological work emphasizes responsible data analysis, reproducibility, and ethical considerations.
