Marianna Raczyk

Marianna Raczyk is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Food Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, with a research focus on plant-based food chemistry and nutrigenomics. She has conducted internships at Gent University, University of Helsinki, and Max Rubner-Institut, and previously worked as a trainee at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Her expertise spans oxidative stability of oils, thermo-oxidative degradation of stigmasteryl esters, and developing healthier bakery products using natural bioactives.
