Marianna Fotaki

Marianna Fotaki is Professor of Business Ethics at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. She previously held roles at the University of Manchester Business School and the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she completed her PhD. Her interdisciplinary work bridges medicine, public health, and organization studies.

Her work spans journals like Organization Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, and Human Relations, often integrating feminist theory, psychoanalysis, and critical management studies. Recent projects include ESRC-funded research on whistleblowing and solidarity responses to refugee crises in Greece.

Scientific recognition includes the Edmond J. Safra Network Fellowship (2014–2015) at Harvard University. She serves as Senior Editor for Organization Studies and co-founded the charity Centre for Health and the Public Interest.
