Marian EABRASU is a Professor of Business Ethics and Organisational Theory at EM Normandie since 2021, serving as Head of the HR and Organisation Department. He holds a PhD in Political Science (2007) from Université de Paris Saint-Denis and an HDR in Management (2013) from Université d'Angers. His research integrates political science, philosophy, and economics to address CSR, business ethics, and international affairs.
Dr. Eabrasu’s academic journey includes roles at the European Business School (2019–2020) and South Champagne Business School (2010–2019). He currently edits the Philosophy of Management journal and has authored over 30 articles, exploring topics like corporate disobedience, counterfactual analysis in business simulations, and the philosophical foundations of CSR. His work bridges theoretical rigor with practical implications for modern organizations.
Key research focuses include: moral pluralism in CSR, ethical dimensions of corporate decision-making, and the intersection of political philosophy with management. He has presented at major conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM) and the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN), advocating for frameworks that reconcile ethical complexity with organizational practices.
His contributions span academic communications (e.g., 2023 AOM sessions on corporate philanthropy and disobedience), book chapters on tax evasion and Middle Eastern CSR case studies, and editorial work advancing management philosophy.
