Maria Volkova Feddeck

Maria Volkova Feddeck is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Her research focuses on coaching and coaching competencies in medical education, the role of Emotional, Social, and Cultural Intelligence in law and health organizations, and the neuroscientific effects of coaching on diverse audiences such as health professionals, students, and multicultural workers.
