Kaleigh May

Kaleigh May serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, where she contributes to research and teaching in organizational behavior.

Her research examines creativity within routine work contexts, workplace interpersonal dynamics, and innovation processes. Dr. May investigates how individuals cultivate creative thinking during daily tasks, analyzes relationship patterns affecting team performance, and identifies mechanisms that drive organizational innovation. This work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications for enhancing workplace effectiveness and employee engagement.
