Maria Selmer-Olsen

Maria Selmer-Olsen is a Lecturer at Queen Maud's Memorial College (DMMH), affiliated with the Kristiansund University College Center and Subject Group for Pedagogy. She leads courses BLBUL1015 and BLBUL2015 and serves as the study program leader for DMMH's preschool teacher education with a focus on leadership.

Her academic contributions include publications on workplace-based learning, teacher retention, and guidance experiences in preschool education, alongside research projects like 'ABLU-studenters ulike læringsarenaer' (diverse learning arenas for ABLU students) and 'Webinar as a teaching form in part-time education.'
