Maria Luisa Chiarella

Maria Luisa Chiarella is an Associate Professor of Private Law at the University of Calabria, affiliated with the Department of Law, Economics and Sociology (DiGES). She specializes in Private Law, Business Contracts, and the intersection of Law with New Technologies. Her teaching responsibilities include courses such as 'Business Contracts and New Technologies' and 'Private Law' across multiple academic years (2018–present).

Her research focuses on minority legal frameworks, asymmetric negotiation dynamics in contracts, and property law.
