Maria Laura Parisi is an Associate Professor at the University of Siena's Department of Biotechnology, Chemistry and Pharmacy. She leads the R2ES Lab (Research on Renewable Energy and Sustainability), specializing in multi-scale Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), eco-design of sustainable materials, computational modeling for photovoltaics, and geothermal energy optimization. Her work bridges physical chemistry, environmental science, and industrial sustainability.
