Maria João Velez

Maria João Velez is an Assistant Professor and Deputy Director in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at Iscte. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and degrees in Psychology from the University of Évora. Her research examines leadership styles, HR practices, and workplace dynamics, with projects like TRANSFORM exploring the future of human workforce development.
