Maria Gomez Martin

Dr. Maria Gomez Martin is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Health Sciences, University of Newcastle, Australia. She holds a PhD in Nutrition from the University of Oviedo (Spain, 2022) and has academic qualifications in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (Alfonso X "El Sabio", Spain) and Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (University of Barcelona, 2017).

• Career: Researcher at Newcastle (2023–present), Postdoctoral Researcher at CSIC (2022–2023), and Predoctoral Researcher at University of Oviedo (2019–2022).
