Maria-Giuseppina Bruna is a Full Professor and HDR Holder in Management Sciences at IPAG Business School, where she serves as Director of Research, Promotion, and Impact. She leads the IPAG Inclusive Enterprise Chair and co-founded the Management & CSR Master’s program. Her roles include overseeing research strategy, valorization, and interdisciplinary projects across organizational foresight, diversity management, and CSR. She has authored 65 peer-reviewed articles and contributed to 125 academic communications, with a focus on sustainability, inclusive networks, and ethical governance.
Education: HDR in Management Sciences (2022, Paris-Dauphine-PSL University); Doctorate in Organizational Sociology (2013, Paris-Dauphine University); Master’s in Management & Social Sciences (2009).
Research interests span organizational change, CSR strategies, and inclusive business practices. Recent articles highlight sustainability metrics, gender diversity in startups, and ESG impacts on financial performance. Her work is published in journals like European Management Review and Annals of Operations Research.
Awards include the 2013 Thesis Prize for her doctoral work on diversity policy implementation. She advises doctoral candidates and sits on editorial boards for Finance Research Letters and Management & Sciences Sociales. Her leadership extends to UN initiatives on road safety and social inclusion, alongside roles in French institutions like the ENGIE Foundation and AFMD.
Labs/Teams: Directs a 15-member research team at the IPAG Inclusive Enterprise Chair, managing projects with AXA, ENGIE, and other partners. Co-leads the Ethics & AI Chair (in development).
