Maria E. Padilla

Dr. Maria E. Padilla serves as Associate Professor of Medical Education and Executive Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs at Nova Southeastern University's Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine. In this leadership capacity, she directs eight critical academic units including admissions, student affairs, curriculum development, LCME accreditation, and faculty affairs, having successfully secured full accreditation for NSU's medical program—the maximum term granted to new institutions.
