Maria Droganova

Maria Droganova serves as an Associate Professor in the Business Management department at Curry College's School of Business and Technology. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from Clemson University, where she studied health and labor economics, and holds a Master's degree in Economics from Duke University.

Her research focuses on career dynamics of female employees in the U.S. federal government, comparing the impacts of Russian and American maternity leave policies (including the FMLA) on fertility rates and women's promotion opportunities in the workplace.
