Maria Bauluz is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Modern Languages & Literatures at Santa Clara University, part of the College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a B.A. in Anglo-Germanic Philology from the University of Oviedo (1988) and two Master's degrees from the University of Iowa: one in Latin American Literature and another in Second Language Education.
