- PI: Prospective cohort study of pulmonary TB treatment in Uganda
- Co-Investigator: NIH-funded TB contact tracing studies
Her book, Biomedicalization and the Practice of Culture, explores global medicine's cultural adaptations. She also co-leads educational initiatives to train public health professionals in mixed-methods research.
