Margot W Fox serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Auburn University's College of Nursing. A Certified Nurse Educator (CNE), she joined the faculty in 2014 after a diverse nursing career spanning orthopedics, neurology, community health, and occupational health. Currently, she facilitates undergraduate Skills Labs and is a core member of the EAGLES Simulation Center team, developing immersive learning experiences for future nurses.

Professor Fox specializes in nursing education with emphasis on community health nursing, occupational health nursing, and simulation-based pedagogy. She pioneered Auburn's Summer High School Nursing Camp in 2015, creating hands-on curricula that expose prospective students nationwide to clinical nursing practice through faculty-led stations. Her community-focused approach extends to service-learning initiatives across Lee County and surrounding regions.
Through the EAGLES Simulation Center, she mentors undergraduate students in foundational clinical skills development using advanced interactive technologies. Professor Fox has disseminated her educational innovations at national forums including the National Symposium on Student Retention (2019) and Engagement Scholarship Consortium Conference (2017), focusing on curriculum design and student retention strategies.
