Margit Neisig

Margit Neisig is an Associate Professor and Head of Study for Business Programs at Roskilde University's Department of Social Sciences and Business Management. Her work focuses on management and organizational systems theory, particularly addressing the Twin Transition (sustainability and digitalization). She leads Interreg projects like CONSIDERATION (enhancing SMEs' digital/sustainable transformation) and the Fehmarn Belt Learning Region (cross-border collaboration methods). She is authoring a book on Regenerative Leadership using Luhmann’s social systems framework.
