Margarida Saraiva

Margarida Saraiva is an Associate Researcher at BRU-Iscte (Business Research Unit) within the Lisbon Business School at ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon. She is affiliated with the Data Analytics Group and has established herself as a prominent researcher in Quality Management, Sustainable Development Goals implementation in higher education, and organizational performance assessment.
