Dr. Maren Plaum is a Researcher at the School of Education, University of Hamburg, working within the Department of School and Primary School Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, and Pedagogy for People with Disabilities and Disadvantages (EW 2). She is affiliated with the Chair of Educational Research and General Didactics (Prof. Dr. Killus), where she contributes to teaching research and school development initiatives.
- Current projects include the DBR Project Strengthening Professional Capability from the Start (2023–2030) and the Learning Journey: Discovering Innovative Schools Together (2023–2030).
- Her research focuses on peer reviews in school networks, school consulting methodologies, and open learning environments.
