Inga Schwarzat is a Scientific Associate at the Faculty of Education of the University of Hamburg, affiliated with the Department of School and Primary School Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, and Pedagogy for People with Disabilities and Disadvantages (EW 2). Her research focuses on classroom dynamics, particularly trust in teacher-student relationships within open educational practices. She leads a dissertation project exploring trust in teacher-student dyads under open classroom conditions, analyzing interactions through qualitative methods like Individual Learning Reflection Dialogues (ILRGs) and interviews.
She contributes to academic projects such as "Strengthening Professional Competence from the Start" (since 2022) and "Open Classroom from the Students' Perspective (GUSS)" (2020–2025). Teaching responsibilities include seminars on advanced topics in school pedagogy and introductory courses on teacher-student dynamics. Her methodologies involve interactional stylistic analysis and qualitative content analysis.
