Marek Salamonowicz

Marek Salamonowicz is a Professor at the Faculty of Law and Economics of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz (UKW) and lectures at the Doctoral School of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (UWM). He serves as a legal counsel and Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Dogmatyka Prawa" (Law Dogmatics).

His research focuses on intellectual property law, civil law (particularly contract and competition law), and technology transfer. He explores legal frameworks for commercializing research and development results, access to research data, and strategies for product brand protection.
