Marek Czyz

Marek Czyz is a Researcher at the Academy of Physical Culture in Krakow, affiliated with the Department of Tourism and Recreation within the Faculty of Tourism and Recreation. His work centers on the history of sport and tourism, particularly Polish high-altitude mountaineering during the interwar period. He has contributed significantly to understanding the cultural, ideological, and social dimensions of mountain activities through rigorous historiographical research.
