Mareike Lisker

Mareike Lisker is a Research Fellow in the Department of Computer Science, Communication and Business at HTW Berlin, with additional affiliation to the Women's Studies Programme. Her work critically examines digital ecosystems through interdisciplinary lenses spanning technology and social sciences.

Her core research domains include:

• Web Science & Internet Studies
• Content Moderation systems and policies
• Social Media Platform governance
• Natural Language Processing applications
• Data Ethics and AI ethical frameworks
• Privacy challenges under Data Capitalism
