Dr. Marcus Young Owl is a Professor of Physical Anthropology and Primate Biology at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). He previously served as Chair of the Anthropology Department (1995-2001) and the Human Development Department (2006-2007). His research focuses on primate anatomy, evolutionary theory, and science education accessibility through emerging technologies.

Research Interests:
Explores comparative primate biology, anatomical terminology standardization, and historical developments in physical anthropology.
