Professor Marcus Randall is the Associate Dean - Learning & Teaching at Bond Business School, Bond University. With a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Griffith University (1999), he has been active in evolutionary computation, digital systems, and climate change impacts on agriculture for over two decades. He also contributes to medical informatics and serves as editor for Applied Soft Computing and Agriculture journals.

He supervises HDR students in evolutionary computation and optimization, collaborates with institutions like Osaka Municipal University, and contributes to digital assessment initiatives via Cadmus.
