Dr. Marco Guidi is a Lecturer in Accounting & Finance at the University of Glasgow. He holds a PhD in Asset Pricing from the University of Strathclyde and serves as Convener of the MFin program, Course Coordinator for undergraduate/postgraduate finance courses, and member of the College Ethics Committee and Senate. His research focuses on democratic corporate governance, financial ethics, and risk management, with notable contributions to the 'Moral Debt' model and studies on corporate psychopathy. He has supervised doctoral research on fraud mechanisms in China, institutional investor influence, and corporate governance in Saudi Arabia.
