Marco Gardini is an Associate Professor at the Department of Law, Political and International Studies, University of Parma. He specializes in Roman Law and the Foundations of European Law, with a focus on integrating computerized processing into legal systems. His academic career spans international collaborations, including visiting professorships at the University of Pittsburgh and participation in the Redhis project led by Dario Mantovani.

Gardini's research bridges ancient Roman legal frameworks with modern technologies, particularly artificial intelligence applications in law.
