Dr. Marcin Wajda serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the Collegium of Socio-Economics, SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Despite this academic affiliation, his primary professional focus since 2007 has centered on regional governance within the Mazovia region, where he currently holds the position of Director of the Department of Regional Development and European Funds in the Office of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
His core responsibilities encompass the strategic management and execution of Regional Operational Programmes alongside the implementation of the Regional Innovation Strategy. Recognized as an Expert of the European Committee of the Regions, he also contributes to academic discourse as a member of the editorial team for the “Regional Studies of Mazovia” magazine.
