Marcia Baldanza serves as an Assistant Professor in the School of Education at Marymount University, leveraging over 20 years of experience as a transformational K-12 leader specializing in school turnaround for Title I institutions. Her work centers on improving equity, access, and educational consistency for under-resourced communities and migrant families through cultural transformation, collaborative faculty protocols, and fair funding advocacy.

Dr. Baldanza's professional focus spans Educational Leadership, School Turnaround, and Equity in Education, with significant contributions through authoring over 40 issues of Professional Practices for the 21st Century Leader (implementing PSEL standards) and more than 50 issues of EmpowerED3.2.1 (addressing contemporary K-12 challenges).
