Marc Singer is Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Ohio University and Associate Director for Project Development at the Institute for Corrosion and Multiphase Technology. His research specializes in corrosion mechanisms in oil and gas systems.
Singer is an internationally recognized expert on top-of-line corrosion (TLC), developing fundamental models and mitigation strategies. His investigations focus on corrosion under dewing conditions, multiphase flow effects, and protective scale formation.
Honored with the Marv and Ann White Research Award, Singer maintains extensive industry collaborations and has developed advanced courses in steel metallography and corrosion science.
