Marc Friedli is a Researcher and Course Instructor at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), affiliated with the Faculty of Life Sciences (SV) and the Unit of Precision Medicine (UPM-GE). He holds dual roles: Scientific Collaborator in UPM-GE and Course Instructor in the SSV-ENS (Education Unit). His work bridges academic research and strategic program management in precision medicine and public health.

- Postdoctoral Research in Epigenetics & Stem Cells at EPFL
Research & Roles: Leads Switzerland’s national genomic surveillance for SARS-CoV-2 since 2021, coordinates the Health 2030 Genome Center, and collaborates with SPHN, PHRT, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
