Marc Estibeiro

Dr. Marc Estibeiro is an Associate Professor of Music at Staffordshire University, where he serves as Course Leader for the MA Music Production program. His academic work focuses on composing for acoustic instruments and electronics. He holds a PhD in Composition from Durham University (2016), alongside MAs in Music (Bangor), English Language Teaching (Essex), and a BA(Hons) in Music (Middlesex).

Research interests include electroacoustic composition, live electronics, and interdisciplinary music technology. His work has been presented globally, including at the Royal College of Music (Stockholm), ICMC conferences (Shanghai, Daegu, and Shenzhen), and Visiones Sonoras (Mexico). He co-organized the NoiseFloor event at Staffordshire University, attracting international practitioners.
