Marc Esteve Laporta

Marc Esteve Laporta is a Visiting Professor at the Department of Society, Politics and Sustainability within Esade Business School, Ramon Llull University. He is affiliated with the Grup de Recerca en Lideratge i Innovació en la Gestió Pública (GLIGP). His work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to public administration and service quality. Research focuses on public sector governance, public-private partnerships, and inter-municipal cooperation.

Research interests include analyzing the effects of contracting out, user accountability, and service satisfaction in public utilities. His studies explore local government reforms, governance networks, and policy implementation in Latin America and Europe.
