Dr. Marc E. Boberg serves as the USMA Class of 1969 Chair for the Study of Officership at the United States Military Academy (West Point). A retired U.S. Army officer with 23+ years of active duty, he commanded armor/cavalry units in Iraq and served internationally across Latin America and South Korea.

- Ed.D. in Education Leadership from Brigham Young University
- M.S. in Management from Troy University
- B.S. in Leadership Studies from the United States Military Academy
His research examines the U.S. Army Profession through the lens of officership and leader development, integrating decades of combat leadership experience with educational theory to shape military professional identity and ethical decision-making frameworks.
