Marc David Robinson

Marc David Robinson, M.D., is an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine with affiliations to Ben Taub General Hospital. He serves as Associate Program Director for Internal Medicine and Service Line Chief for General Internal Medicine at Ben Taub General Hospital.

• Education: MD from Baylor College of Medicine (2011); Residency (2014-2015) and Chief Residency (2014-2015) at the University of Chicago; Fellowship in Global Health Hospital Medicine (2015-2017) and Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago.

Dr. Robinson's research focuses on social determinants of health, health equity, and point-of-care ultrasound. He specializes in inpatient teaching and ethical care for justice-involved populations, particularly addressing challenges in incarcerated patient care and surrogate decision-making.
