Marc-Antoine Gradito Dubord is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Université de Montréal's Faculty of Arts and Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from Université du Québec à Montréal (2023) and an M.Sc. in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal (2018). His international experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Curtin University's Future of Work Institute in Australia (2023-2024).
Research focuses on positive psychology applications in organizational contexts, particularly:
- Strengths-based leadership development
- Work motivation and self-determination theory
- Digital interventions for team feedback
- Positive technology in workplace settings
Recent publications explore how strengths-oriented approaches outperform deficit correction in improving workplace functioning, and the role of basic psychological needs in fostering innovation. He teaches undergraduate courses in Psychology and the World of Work (PSY2128) and Psychology of Groups and Teams (PSY3073).
