Marc A. Consalo

Marc A. Consalo is an Associate Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law, where he teaches Criminal Law, Civil Procedure, and Professional Responsibility. He also advises the undergraduate Moot Court Team and First-Generation Law Students Organization.

His research focuses on special populations in the U.S. prison system, particularly wrongful convictions and challenges faced by disabled inmates. Previously, he worked as conflict counsel for Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit (over 20 years) and serves as a licensed professional guardian, advocating for abused/neglected children in domestic relations cases.
