Marat Salikhov is an Assistant Professor at the New Economic School (NES) since 2021. He earned his PhD in Management from INSEAD (France, UAE, Singapore) in 2019, a Master's in Economics from NES in 2014, and a Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Kazan Federal University in 2010.

His research focuses on probabilistic forecasting, judgmental forecasting, and their applications to operations management, with additional interests in collective intelligence and retail operations.
Key publications include studies on the BIN model of forecasting (2021, 2022) and empirical analysis of sports decision-making (2020). These works span forecasting theory, empirical operations management, and behavioral economics.
