María Jesús Peces-Barba is a Lecturer in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts at Saint Louis University-Madrid. She specializes in dance education, with a focus on Latin rhythms, classical ballet, and contemporary dance, and integrates her expertise in physical therapy to support dancer health and performance.

She has served as a Latin Dance teacher at SLU-Madrid since 1998, contributing significantly to the performing arts curriculum.
