Manuel Gnann

Manuel Gnann is an Assistant Professor at the Delft Institute of Applied Mathematics (DIAM), part of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science at Delft University of Technology. In 2023, he received a Vidi grant from the Dutch Research Council (NWO).

• Research Focus: Nonlinear and stochastic partial differential equations (PDEs) in fluid mechanics and statistical mechanics, including free boundary problems (moving contact lines), stochastic pattern dynamics, and martingale solutions to the stochastic thin-film equation.
• Key Collaborations: Works with researchers across Europe on problems involving degenerate-parabolic PDEs, nonlinear integro-differential equations, and invariant manifolds.
