Manuel Aznar Soler is a Professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), affiliated with the Department of Spanish Philology. He is associated with the Center for Studies on Dictatorships and Democracies (CEDID) and the Literary Exile Studies Research Group (GEXEL). His career spans from 1974 to present, holding roles such as Department Director (1983–1985) and Head Professor (1985–1996). His research focuses on Republican Exile literature, Cultural Cold War dynamics, and 20th-century Spanish literary history.
Education: PhD in Hispanic Philology (University of Barcelona, 1981); Graduate degree in Hispanic Philology (UB, 1973).
